1. How long should my workout last?

As you already know, your personal fitness depends on your specific goals and the time you have available on every day basis. You might train 12 minutes per day or 120 minutes per day, again depending on why you are training.

Professional athlete will exercise rigorously every day and practice the element of their sport in addition to these exercises that we do.

However, the regular person interested in being physically fit and improving their personal fitness training might not have the same amount of time devoted to exercising rigorously.
